Hallways – 3rd Floor
- Carpet is stained.
- Resident decorations are on doors.
- Chipped paint.
- Sloppy paint.
- Doors dirty.
Trash Room – 3rd Floor
- Trash room dirty.
- Walls are dirty.
- Wrong switch.
Lobby
- Mismatched coffee accessories that do not match the decor.
- Unecessary signs.
- No napkins
- No vegan creamer.
- No bottled water.
- No tea.
- Coffee hours reduced at the start of new management company tenure.
Office upgrades
- In January the carpeting was replaced and the walls of the offices painted .
- On May 28, the office chairs were upgraded.
